Seeing in darkness
Seeing in ligtness
Makes one connect
To the insight
Of the heart.

Easy and difficult
At the same
Time
When the
Soul is aligned
With one’s purpose
And might.

Freely flowing
In the invisible
Realm
While integrating
Into the material
World
Is not for
Heavy hearted
But the lightness
Of a smile
And a twinkle
In the eye.

Irratated
at first
The heart
Pauses
While feeling
Into the event
Then
Responds
To the gentleness
And self compassion
Given in the
Moment.

Using the heart
As a way to
Feel and know
Into any situation
Is a wise way
To receive
Guidance
Needed
On the path
Of life.
